Product Details
Silicon Carbide bricks is made of high quality synthetically made silicon carbide grains (SIC) Containing SiC72% to 99%.And selected bonding components, including oxidation bonded, Si3N4 bonded ,sialon bonded , clay bonded etc.The product has a high temperature, high strength, volume stability and good thermal conductivity, acid, alkali and a variety of molten metal erosion ability and so on. Widely used in colored aluminum tank, zinc vertical tank; metallurgical industry, blast furnace lining, ceramic kiln shelf panels, pillars, separated flame plate; waste incineration furnace lining and other industries.
Features
- Strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
- High temperature volume stability.
- Good thermal shock stability.
- High thermal conductivity and small thermal expansion.
Silicon Carbide Classification:
Silicon carbide is divided into two types: clay, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, silicon carbide and recrystallized silicon carbide.
Applications
The lining of steel cylinder, water port, plug head, blast furnace bottom and furnace bottom, and the heating furnace has no water cooling slide rails.Non-ferrous metal smelting distiller, distillation column tray, electrolytic tank side wall, melting metal crucible;Shelf board and flameproof material of silicate industrial furnace;Oil and gas generator and organic waste combustion furnace in chemical industry;High technology ceramics use kiln furniture aluminum electrolytic cell lining, melting aluminum catheter and ceramic kiln furniture, large and medium blast furnace body, furnace waist and furnace belly, aluminum refining furnace lining, zinc distillation can lining, etc.
