Production Separators are used in crude oil treatment and production for efficient separation of oil, gas and water. Depending on the working medium, Production Separators can be classified as Two-phase separators or Three-phase separators.

Three-phase separator is a basic component of petroleum production system, which is used to separate reservoir fluid from oil, gas and water. Then these separated flows are transported to the downstream for processing.

Two-phase separator is also called gas-liquid separator. As its name suggests, it is used for separating gas and liquid in wet gas stream, or more generally the gas/liquid stream, when the complex liquid phase components are not required to be separated from each other.

Water Bath Heaters are designed to heat high pressure fluids and gas coming from the well or pipeline.Water bath heaters (water jacket furnace)used in oil and gas industry for heating medium of the pipeline to prepare for further technology needs. It also called indirect bath heater.

Choke Manifold is an assembly which consist of high-pressure valves and chokes, used for reducing the pressure from the well head. It is operated by opening and closing an adjustable or fixed choke. The Choke manifolds produced by our company have strong corrosion resistance, and the use of Choking manifolds can control wellhead pressure and improve safety.

Diverter manifoldis valve assembly, used for diverting the produced oil and gas to the proper process destination. Oil diverter manifold diverts oil to the burner boom or surge tank, while gas diverter manifold diverts to flare stack or burner boom.

Kill manifold is necessary equipment in well-control system to pump drilling fluid into well barrel or inject the water into wellhead. It consists of check valves, gate valves, pressure gauges and line pipes. In case of increase in well head pressure, the kill manifold can provide a means of pumping heavy drilling fluid into the well to balance bottom hole pressure so that well kick and blowout can be prevented.

Data Header is high pressure assembly for collection of data wellbore production parameters, such as pressure, temperature, sand condition. Also, Data Headers used for chemical injection and safety purposes. Data Header usually installed before and after Choke Manifold.

Surface Test Tree, also called Flowhead, is located directly on top of the well and is the first piece of equipment that fluid from the well flows through. Its principal function is to control the fluid flow in and out of the well. The flowhead consists of four gate valves: a master valve, two wing valves (flowline & kill line), and a swab valve. A swivel below the main block of flowhead allows drill stem to rotate freely.

Hammer union is high-pressure connection widely used in oil and gas industry. Consisting on two joints, coupled with threaded nut, and being made of treating iron, hammer unions ensure safe and fast operation in connection and sealing of the pipes and equipment.

Atmospheric Gauge Tank is the vessel designed for temporal storing of the crude oil after the separation in the separator and surge tanks, used in onshore and offshore well testing operations. Being the part of the well testing system, Atmospheric Gauge Vessel mainly used to measure the flow rate and calibrate liquid metering instruments of the test separator.

Heat exchanger is equipment widely used both upstream and downstream facilities, built for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another. Heat exchangers are classified by flow arrangement, parallel flow and counterflow. Parallel flow (cocurrent) is flow when two fluids enter the exchanger at the same end and travel parallel to one another to the other side.

Vertical surge tank is the part of the well test system, designed to perform the function of secondary separation after test separator, as well as the storage of the produced liquids and gases from the test separator. Surge tank can be classified as single-compartment and twin compartment based on the requirements of well testing operator.

Filter Separator is used to remove liquid, small solids (created by the tubing and wing erosion) and other particles from the flow steam. Filter separators, like other gas-liquid separators, can be horizontal and vertical; the most common type is horizontal. If there is a large amount of water in coming gas, structure of filter separator is designed to have a “boot” in the bottom of the separator connected with two similar tubes parallel to each other.

Dry Gas Filters is filtering unit of the gas pipeline or gas processing facility where no liquids (slug) of the flow stream are presented, but solids are presented. It is commonly horizontal vessel with filter cartridges inside. Solid removal efficiency is 100% when size of solids is 10 microns & larger, and 99%, when size of solids are 1-3 microns. In comparison, filter separator can handle also the liquids.

Gas diverter manifold is an assembly of two ball valves and connecting pipes mounted on the skid, which are used to divert gas coming from the test separator to the flare stack or burner boom. Gas diverter manifolds are connected to the gas and burner pipelines through hammer union. Valves of the manifold are usually manually operated. Gas diverter manifold is also called gas diverter hook-up.

Steam heat exchanger is an unit of well testing package, which plays an important role to ensure well fluid reaches the necessary temperature level before entering the test separator. As steam heater transfers the heat from the steam to the well fluid, it can be considered as special type of heat exchangers, mostly used during well testing and well clean-ups.

Wellhead Electric Heater are used to heat up pipeline media (crude oil). It is commonly used for preventing the fast-solidifying media (waxy crude oil) to block the pipeline due to the temperature loss. Surface Electric Heaters usually are supplied with Controller Panel, which enables the user for control the heater locally or remotely.

Chemical Injection Skids. Chemical injection skids are widely used in oilfield to inject exact amounts of chemicals and reagents into the process lines at required temperatures, pressures and flow rates. The chemicals helps to increase separations efficiency and safeguard the system from corroding quickly and forming wax, foam, scales and hydrates.
